Larry Sieg
He/Him

Mr. Sieg has over 40 years of “hands-on” experience in all areas of the tourism and hospitality industry.  He has a very comprehensive knowledge of tourism related attractions, businesses, and industries of the Greater Atlantic City region. In addition, he has extensive experience in the hiring, training, supervision, and reporting of staff to execute the specific requests and or desires of each distinct groups or individuals.

Sieg currently serves at the President and CEO for Visit Atlantic City, Atlantic City’s meeting and convention sales and marketing organization leading the organizations’ vision and mission to increase economic development in the greater Atlantic City region.

Prior to Visit Atlantic City, he served as director of marketing and communications at the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA), leading the CRDA’s marketing, graphic communications, visitor services, marketing partnership, digital marketing and events management initiatives.  

Additionally, he oversaw international marketing and communications efforts with the planning, execution and participation in trade shows, conventions and sales missions, as well as sales office representation in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada under the former Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority.

Sieg has held and currently holds positions as a board of director as well as an officer for many local, regional and national organizations including the Historic Organ Restoration Committee, the Greater Atlantic City Chamber Commerce, The Miss’d America Organization, The South Jersey AIDS Alliance Greater Atlantic City GLBT Alliance, Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey, AC Pride, and the LGBT Meeting Professionals Association.

Sieg holds a bachelor’s degree and maintains many certifications and credentials in the tourism and hospitality industry as well as the graphic design field.

Anna Marino
She/Her

Anna graduated in 1985 with a BS  from Penn State University with a degree in commercial and leisure studies. She spent many years as a manager in various casinos throughout Atlantic City. In 1992,  she switched careers and became one of the first women carpenter/locksmiths  in the union, rising quickly to become one of the first female trade leads in the city. 

Anna is very passionate about all sports. She excelled at softball at the college level and played for many years after. She has since  traded her softball bat  for golf clubs, Her favorite hobby is playing with her dogs Cali and Charlie.

Anna enjoys all genres of music and very often accused of “Dancing by Herself”  Anna does not believe in labels; she believes labels can limit who you are and how people see you.

Carl Herson
He/Him

Carl Hersom graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from the Schwob School of Music of Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia, where he studied French horn, organ, and did a semester-long independent study on pipe organ building. After apprenticing and ultimately being employed with a pipe organ restorer in Attleboro Massachusetts, he moved to New Jersey in 2016 to work restoring the two largest pipe organs on Earth – the Wanamaker Organ in Macy’s Center City Philadelphia, and the Midmer-Losh Organ in Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.

Through these large organs, he met his husband, Nick. They are now both employed full-time with Historic Organ Restoration Committee, Inc., the nonprofit organization that is restoring the two pipe organs within Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall. Carl is a member of the Philadelphia Handbell Ensemble and the South Jersey Area Wind Ensemble. He and Nick reside in Atlantic City, with their round pug, Brenda

Paige Washington
She/Her

Paige Washington was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She holds a B.A. in English from Rutgers University and a M.A. in Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins University. She is a certified teacher and an alumnus of Teach for America. After 12 years of teaching in public schools  in Baltimore, Brooklyn, Newark, and Ocean Township, NJ, Paige relocated to South Jersey and set out to forge new paths to bridge the gaps between and within communities.

Paige now works as the Director of Development for Sister Jean’s Kitchen, a nonprofit with a simple mission to “feed the people” to carry on the legacy of Founder and Atlantic City legend, Jean Webster. As a partner in MAP 3, LLC, a real estate development company, Paige continues to extend her impact on the community. MAP 3, LLC received a $2.4 million grant from the NJEDA to create Tenn Ave AC, a shipping container park featuring spaces for fresh food, small businesses and the arts: a true “main street” for visitors and residents to gather and grow.

A born writer, Paige writes poetry and has always drawn upon her passion for the power of photography as inspiration. Her poetry and performance was featured in her first short film called “United We Heal”. Paige’s father used to say to her, “Girl, no grass grows under your feet!” and that saying couldn’t be more true, as she is a mom of 4 and manages to find time to coach basketball too!

Anita Raghuwanshi
She/Her

Dr Anita Raghuwanshi- Endocrinologist lovingly referred to as “the hugging doc” by her patients.  NJ born and raised. Dr Anita is the only provider of gender-affirming hormone therapy in Cape May County and was the first to provide gender-affirming care to the trans community in Southern Delaware. She is also the current president of the NJ Association of Endocrinologists. 

In her free time, Dr Anita enjoys listening to pop music and dancing and is a member of the Harvard Ballroom Dancing Team.

Nugget Masino
She/Her

Nugget Masino – a multi-talented individual who wears many hats in her day-to-day life. She is a mother, wife, professional natural bodybuilder, trainer and group fitness instructor, teacher, actress/model, and entrepreneur. Her favorite hat, however, is the mom hat. Nugget is passionate about bodybuilding and enjoys spending her free time pursuing this hobby.

Luis Rodriguez
He/Him

Luis Rodriguez was born in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, he is the current President and Executive Director of La Casa Dominicana de Nueva Jersey. Rodríguez is a doctor; He studied at the Technical University of Santo Domingo “UTESA”, has a Diploma in Family Health at the Catholic University of Santo Domingo “UCSD”. Before joining our community, he was president and founder of the National Cooperative of Multiple Services of the National Union of Dominican Nursing Services / “Cooperativa Nacional de Servicios Múltiples de la Unión Nacional de Servicios de Enfermería Dominicana, Inc. COOPUNASED”.

2002-2005 he was the Coordinator of the Maternal, Infant and Adolescent Program of health area IV, in Santo Domingo and from 2004-2005 he worked as a non-specialist Assistant Physician for the Dominican Institute of Social Security “IDSS”.

He immigrated to the United States  19 years ago  and for the last 14 years, he resides and works in the city of Atlantic City, NJ, before being the President of the aforementioned organization, he worked in the program for the prevention of HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Infections for  the South Atlantic County of NJ.

Dr. Rodriguez has received a number of recognitions among which we can highlight: 2009 Latino of the Month by The Society Page in Spanish from Southern NJ; HomeTown Heroes in Atlantic City 2016; Atlantic County 2016 Puerto Rican Festival Ambassador; Recognition of Community Services at the Summit of NJ Hispanic Leadership 2017; Recognition of La Hermandad Señor de los Milagros in Atlantic County New Jersey 2017; Tri State Black History Community Service Award 2021; Hispanic of the year Award for the Legislative Commendation of State House, Trenton, NJ 2018; Recognition as Latino of the year by New Life alliance association of NJ 2019; Recognition among the Latino Heroes by Latino X Radio 2020; Recognition by the Atlantic County Board of Freehold of NJ during Hispanic Heritage Month 2020; Recognition among Top 100 Latino Heroes, by the Latino Index 2020 – 2021 The Latino Spirit and on september 2021 Dominicano Destacado en el Exterior- award; 2021 Nuestro Pueblo Award “Community Service” sponsored by the Stockton Unidos organization and the Hispanic Association of Atlantic County (HAAC); 2023 International Award in honor of the Dominican Emigrant Oscar de la Renta; 2023 Honor for of being part Atlantic City residents featured on new community buses.

Ashley Gordon is the founder and CEO of The Quantum Coach Co. and creator of the Badass Manifester brand and podcast with over a million downloads and counting.
