As Secretary, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of AC Pride by:

    •    Recording and preserving meeting minutes.

    •    Managing correspondence and communications.

    •    Maintaining trustee contact information and corporate records.

    •    Providing notices for board meetings and ensuring important documents are properly executed.

    •    Serving as the custodian of our organization’s seal and official records.
